We at Asiemo Consulting try to eliminate the guess work of hourly based consulting fees by offering a FLAT RATE billing schedule in addition to the traditional hourly schedule. Many small and medium sized firms prefer this method over that of the traditional hourly billing method allowing accurate financial forecasts to be derived.

Flat Rate Billing

Our Flat Rate billing schedule is a hassle free elimination of unbudgeted consulting fees. With the traditional hourly billing schedule, all client service tendered time is billable. This includes time spent during maintenace windows, overtime, etc. Asiemo has normalized these cost into a direct cost based on a 40-hr workweek.

This billing structure does not fit everyone. Small projects that do not have a foreseeable long-term duration tend to choose the traditional billing structure.
